Shipping and Delivery

All items are made to order and are completed in three to four weeks from the date of purchase. Once completed the items will be shipped.

All Items Shipped to UK postcodes are sent on a next working day, tracked delivery through parcelhero.com or parcelmonkey.co.uk the carrier will be UPS. The items will be insured with the shipping agent for its full purchase value. Should you find your items have been damaged in transit you must provide a detailed description as well as good quality photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged items within one week of the item being signed for or we will not be able to make a claim and consequently will not be able to rectify or replace transit damaged items.

All Items Shipped to non-UK destinations are sent on a up to seven day, tracked delivery through parcelhero.com or parcelmonkey.co.uk the carrier will be FedEx. The items will be insured with the shipping agent for its full purchase value. Should you find your items have been damaged in transit you must provide a detailed description as well as good quality photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged items within one week of the item being signed for or we will not be able to make a claim and consequently will not be able to rectify or replace transit damaged items.

We will send you a shipping notification once the items have been sent so you will know when to expect the parcel. Although most of the time post arrives on time we cannot guarantee these shipping times and sometimes it may take a little longer due rare circumstances outside of out control.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our furniture is made to order, with steel work powder coated in a specific colour of the customer’s choice, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns unless there is a problem with your order.
