Goonhilly Earth Station, a radio and satellite communications hub on Cornwall’s Lizard Peninsula, was once the largest satellite earth station in the world. Their commercial and conference facilities were recently redeveloped, with Penryn-based Quay Studio designing the new interior. As part of the project they required laptop tables for delegates and approached us with a concept that we took through to production, delivering 120 tables to Goonhilly at a substantial cost saving, as well as creating and fitting the bar and kitchen area.
